This booklet contains the abstract of papers accepted for oral presentation at the 5th International Symposium on Sturgeon. The sessions dealing with aquaculture-related issues had 58 oral presentations, covering a wide range of subjects, including early larval rearing, feeding technology, brood stock handling, stress-related disease aspects as well as nutritional studies on caviar produced from natural and cultured stocks.
